Jon Werme Joins Sturgis Bank as Senior Vice President, Kalamazoo Market President

Sturgis Bank is pleased to announce that Jon Werme has joined the organization as Senior Vice President, Kalamazoo Market President.  He joins Sturgis Bank with over 35 years of banking experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, and private banking.

Jon previously served in leadership roles in the Kalamazoo area for state-wide and national banks. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics from Hope College and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University.

Jon is active in the local community and currently serves as Immediate Past Chair of the Board for Kalamazoo Neighborhood Housing Services.  He will serve customers from the Portage Banking Center at 8025 Creekside Drive.
