Julie Fair Joins Sturgis Bank as Assistant Vice President, Mortgage Lender
Sturgis Bank is pleased to announce that Julie Fair has joined the organization as Assistant Vice President, Mortgage Lender for Berrien County. Julie joins Sturgis Bank with more than 25 years of experience in financial services, previously having served as a mortgage loan originator for a financial services organization and an escrow officer, processor, and account executive for local title and mortgage companies.
Julie provides mortgage origination services to first-time homebuyers and seasoned buyers, and loans for construction, second and vacation homes, and investment properties. Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Veterans’ Administration (VA), Rural Development (RD), conventional, and portfolio lending programs are also available.
