Aaron Miller Named Head of Trust for Sturgis Bank
Aaron Miller has been promoted to Vice President, Trust Officer for Sturgis Bank. Aaron will lead the Trust Department and client services for all markets served by Sturgis Banking Center locations. He joined Sturgis Bank in November 2020 as a Retail Loan Originator.

Aaron previously served three terms as a Representative of the 59th district in the Michigan House of Representatives. He was Chair of the Michigan State Police budget, the Elections and Ethics Committee, and the School Aid budget, and served as Dean of the Michigan House during his second and third terms. Prior to that, he was a middle and high school teacher in Michigan and Indiana public schools. Aaron holds a Master of Education in School Administration from Bethel College and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from Western Michigan University. An active volunteer in the community with experience working with many area not-for-profit organizations, Aaron currently is an at-large commissioner and Vice Mayor for the City of Sturgis and is a board member of Youth for Christ of Southwest Michigan. He lives in Sturgis with his wife, Alexandria, and their four daughters.
