Brad Pfister Joins Sturgis Bank as Mortgage Lender
Sturgis Bank is pleased to announce that Brad Pfister has joined the organization as Assistant Vice President, Mortgage Lender for St. Joseph County. Brad joins Sturgis Bank with more than 25 years of experience in financial services, previously having served as a mortgage loan originator for regional and national banks.
Brad provides mortgage origination services to first-time homebuyers and seasoned buyers, and loans for construction, second and vacation homes, and investment properties. Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Veterans’ Administration (VA), Rural Development (RD), conventional, and portfolio lending programs are also available.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Alfred University in Alfred, New York. He is a member of the board of directors of Special Outdoor Leisure Opportunities (S.O.L.O), who focus on spending time with people with disabilities engaging in outdoor activities such as hikes, cross-county skiing, and downhill skiing.
Brad is serving customers throughout St. Joseph County, Michigan, and Elkhart and Lagrange counties in Indiana. The Colon Banking Center at 110 South Blackstone Avenue, Colon, Michigan is his home base.
